Frankston is said to be the gateway to Morning Peninsula which is rich in holiday resorts, wineries and fishing towns. This city on its own has a number of packages that it has to offer tourists with. The swimming beaches that have been ensured to be safe are also amongst the fascinating places to visit. You will also experience the scenic view of the foreshore area. The town also has quite a number of 5 star restaurants and lodges that offer the best of services to visitors in the town. You will be able to experience the local cuisines that have been mastered by the local chefs in the land.
One of the best views to experience is that of the Ballam Park Homestead which is designed in the style of the French farmhouse. This was the first brick house to be built in the town. The building is on the 26ha estate and also showcases the blacksmith’s forge and the machinery for farming. If you go the street of Pier Prom you will be able to have a close experience of the giant sand sculptures, this is certainly something that most tourist love to witness. These sculptures are just close to the beach.
